Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Essentialz CT. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within an average of 2 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 4 business days depending on order volume. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders using USPS. After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Please note that occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
